Kettle & Fire's goal was to highlight its passionate stance on supporting a regenerative food system. The Design System needed to focus on the premium quality of the product and the cleanliness of the production process. The QR Code was also incorporated as an educational tool for consumers looking to learn more about regenerative farming.
Cooking Broths, a better way to elevate your recipes!
Creating a clean design to express the simplicity of ingredients used was key here. To ensure no confusion within the shelf set between cooking vs sipping broths, the bold colors accompanying the type clearly stating “cooking” allowed these offerings to stand out on shelf – especially with the competitor set. The bold colors also visually “pop” within the floor display. Calling attention to not just the product but the brand itself.
Hearty Soups that are made to be nourishing and rich in flavor.
These soups are created to be an entry point for new consumers who may not want to splurge on a 100% bone broth product. The flavor, price point, and desire to create a hearty pantry staple all were considerations made during the design process. Utilizing the flood of black is a visual nod to the OG sipping broth while having it stand out as an expanded offering to compete with other better for you soup brands.
